RAY RICHARDSON (baritone-narrator-leader) joined the original Ink Spots in 1961 and in 1971 became leader of this famous entertainment act. Born in Mount Holly, New Jersey, Ray studied music appreciate, song writing and piano. He has performed with numerous Rhythm and Blues groups including The Embers (from 1954 to 1957) and the popular group, The Drifters. Ray has made guest appearances on The Mike Douglas Show, radio legend Alan Freed’s program and has performed with Duke Ellington Orchestra under Mercer Ellington's direction. Ray Richardson’s entertaining Canadian Ink Spots™ show with rhythm section now consists of a quintet of professional musician-entertainers.
KEITH DINDAYAL (bass-Musical Director) born in Trinidad, has performed throughout the Caribbean, and since moving to Canada in 1974, has appeared with such artists as Liberty Silver, Jimmy Ray, Dockey Roberts, Odyssey and others. For the last ten years he has been Musical Director and Arranger for another famous singing group, The Platters.
ERVIN PAYNE (second tenor-guitar) born in Winston, Salem, North Carolina, is a graduate of Winston Salem State University where he majored in music. A member of Hell & High Water has toured extensively throughout the U.S., Canada and Asia. He is the newest member of the incredible Ink Spots.
RICK DAY (second-tenor, keyboards) from Cincinnati, Ohio by way of California has been a performer-entertainer since 6 years of age when he regularly appeared as a singer on NBC's Arthur Godfrey Show. He has played trumpet with numerous big jazz bands including stints with Buddy Rich, Woody Herman, Stan Kenton and in 1963 toured Russia with the King of Swing, Benny Goodman. Ricky has performed with The Platters, The Drifters and jazz legends Nancy Wilson, Ella Fitzgerald and Peggy Lee.
RON ELLER (drummer) was born in Winston Salem, North Carolina in September 1949. In Winston Salem State University, he majored in music. Ron toured the southern United States, before serving in Vietnam entertaining troops in 1969-1970.

Upon returning in 1970, Ron toured Europe with the University Big Band. Returning to the U.S.A , Ron performed with many major names such as Mary Wells, Ramsey Lewis, Cecil Womack. During this time Ron was tutored by the Great Jazz Drummer Danny Richmond. Joining Hell & High Water, Ron toured most of the U.S.A, Canada and Asia.
